Recorded technique: Minimum deviation in CHARMS (the Cryogenic, High-Accuracy Refraction Measuring System, NASA Goddard), in vacuum: the absolute index of five prisms of Corning 7980 from the Kepler Schmidt corrector blank, 135-305 K at 18 wavelengths 0.4-1.15 um, and two of them at 30-310 K and 0.4-2.6 um. THE SAME PAPER AS leviton_2008. The curated record leviton_2008 is the arXiv upload (arXiv:0805.0091, 2008) of this paper, not a later study: compared 2026-09-27, the two texts are identical word for word apart from the SPIE footnote (absent from the arXiv copy) and the extraction’s rendering of a few glyphs (degree signs, Delta, lambda); the eight tables are identical number for number (Tables 1, 2, 4-8 compared cell by cell by script; Table 3, whose arXiv cells are merged, against both images: the 30 coefficients are the same strings); the figures and their captions are the same. leviton_2008’s PUBLICATION paragraph, which could not establish the venue, is answered: it is this SPIE paper (not Frey, Leviton and Madison’s 62732J, which franta_2017 cites).
